At 3:30pm on 04/06/2009, ThuDuc Housing Developing Corporation (Thuduc House) formally celebrated the announcement of joint venture contract and signing ceremony of architectural design agreement for Hiep Phu project, district 9, at Sofitel Hotel, HCM city, with the projected total capital investment of 500 bn VND, among Thuduc House Group - Vietnam, Daewon Group – Korea and Japanese architecture company Nihon Sekkei. uphold
One of the business strategies is to associate with local and foreign partners in order to improve the level of competitiveness in the field of real estate, over many years, ThuDuc House Group has earned great number of successes and been knowned by many people in the real estate market. Particularly, the need to mention about the first joint venture contract with foreign partner which is to co-opertate with construction corporation Daewon – Korea to build high grade apartment Cantavil, An Phu ward, district 2, and the project has been put into used for 4 years. With the scale of 11,520m2, Hiep Phu high grade apartment project is located ideally on Hanoi highway and in the centre of District 9, next to central ThuDuc residential area, near district 2. The project plans to build a complex of 20 floors, 2 underground floors with 343 apartments, and the area of each apartment is between 87.66m2 to 266.09m2.
